Hi, I’m Morgan —a Registered Dietitian, Assistant Sports Dietitian at Princeton University, and founder of Morgan Nutrition.
While my background is rooted in sports performance, my passion extends far beyond athletes alone. I help active individuals—whether you’re training competitively, balancing a busy career, improving body composition, or simply striving to feel your best—build sustainable nutrition and fitness habits that support strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.
