About Me

Hi, I’m Morgan — a Registered Dietitian (RD, RDN), entrepreneur, and performance nutrition coach for athletes and active individuals who train with purpose.

I work with Princeton University as the assistant sports dietitian, fueling Division I athletes through the demands of competition, recovery, and body composition goals. Before opening my own practice, I built my foundation in private practice nutrition, helping clients improve their relationship with food, optimize training results, and break through long-standing plateaus.

My background in personal training and strength coaching gives me a unique, hybrid edge — I don’t just build nutrition plans, I align them with training cycles, sport seasons, race timelines, and real-world execution.

I created Morgan Nutrition to support people who value their health at a higher level — athletes preparing for season, endurance racers dialing in fueling, strength athletes chasing recomposition, or the dedicated gym-goer frustrated by lack of progress despite consistency.
